Great vintage plaque that is over 50 years old. Wood plaque measures approx 10″x8″. Brass emblem is 5 round. There are some scratches and scrapes to the wood which I believe could be repaired or replaced. The dark overlay on the former owners retirement plate is starting to flake off.
