The submarine is very detailed with top hatches and a. The wooden base measures 9″ x 2 1/2″. The base has a gold metal plate that says H. It is has a sticker on the bottom with the numbers 229218. The submarine is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The base does have a tiny knick on the bottom side edge. It is missing the hinged spar and torpedo that was once attached to it. I have no control over these rates.
