Navy BU Mark II Sextant w/ Wood Case Clean! We are not experts- we are describing this item purely cosmetically. The case measures 11 5/8″ x 11 1/8″ x 5 9/16. This sextant is in good cosmetic condition. There are a few small areas of oil residue on the sextant. There and a few light scratches and several very small light dots on some areas of the sextant. There is spotty surface wear and a couple of small areas of greening/rusting on the metal parts on the sextant and the metal parts inside of the case and on the case hinge. There are a few small paint chips on some of the pieces inside of the case. There are areas of scratching and small nicks on the inside of the case. The latches and handle on the outside of the case are intact. They show some scratching, areas of finish loss, and a couple of small spots of light surface greening and rusting.
