Submarine made from old and heavy CO2 compressed gas bottle, and other junkyard treasures. Submarine is 51” long, the base + sub + periscope makes it 92 tall. And about 20” wide. I haven’t weighed it yet but I used a chain fall to lower it onto the stand. The underside of the sub has a capped vertical pipe welded inside so a thick metal rod can connect the stand and sub. For outdoors a couple of pipes could also be used to place the sculpture outdoors by digging a hole and use concrete to anchor the pipe like you’d do with a fence post, and lower the sub onto the pipe configuration when the cement is cured. Also I made it so the periscope and 2 antennas come off the sub while moving it. Sub not welded to base.
