WW II German Navy 7×50 LEITZ FLAK BINOCULAR PARTS COASTAL ARTILLERY RARE
The German Army and Navy used a wide variety of optical equipment, including a 6×30 (6 power magnification with 30mm objective lens), 7×50, 8×30, 10×50 and others, being the standard issued optics used by all branches of service. Though this type was the standard, specialized personnel required stinger optics, and were issues to personnel on a limited basis. Made by beh (Leitz) of a large tooled alloy and aluminum construction, this set of 7 x 50 power binocular parts are in EXCELLENT used condition! The aluminum end piece fittings are 100% intact, but there are some marks and wear. The focus adjustment still functions perfectly. Sadly there are some internal prisms missing, so this is ONLY GOOD FOR PARTS. Right side has the KM Adler and is marked, ” Flak (Küste)”, for Coastal Artillery. Appears someone converted a regular 7×50 bino to make this info a monocular. The rough textured covering is NOT original to this, and was added to this monocular when the conversion was done Some slight paint chips on the edges. PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
