Up for sale is a small commemorative medal or so-called half dollar, made by C. Smith in 1948, on the 50th anniversary of the victory won by Admiral William T. Sampson of the 1898 Spanish-American War. Description : The piece is made from white metal (copper-nickel), and measures approximately 32mm in diameter.
