Which boasts it made the very 1st battery powered portable lantern. It was either mounted on a Battleship, Submarine or Tugboat during WWII. Its a great piece of history to sit on your mantle. Requires two batteries(Eveready EN-6), the lens is clear with no cracks and Bulb looks to be intact. Battery compartment is clean. Lantern has been repainted red, looks to be Period correct paint.
