Please take a look at our store categories and merchandise. Ten of these slides are Kodachrome. Some are dated 1959. The one slide with the bad color is by Drewry and is hand-dated 1950. The slides of jet launches, jets on deck, and mast are dated May 1959. Two slides showing the Pier at Alameda (presumably as the USS Midway is pulling away) are hand-dated March 12th, 1959. One of these slides have some spots of emulsion loss at perimeter. The Drewry slide is labeled “Gun Mount USS Midway”. There’s more sharp & subtle details in the Kodachromes than my scanner is picking up. Very Good / Excellent. Please see photos for further details. I guarantee the item to be as described.
