I removed this from a mast on the Deyo during the battlestations 21 project. One bulb appears to have blown while the other is clear. There are some marks on the glass on the blown bulb one. I have not attempted to disassemble either of the units and cannot test for function. Please let me know if you need additional photo’s or have any questions.
