For sale is a great vintage Italian POW U Boat Submarine model or wood carving.. Condition is very good with one piece of wire railing missing and you can see a gap in the bow during construction. You can look on line for picture examples of these models and information of their origin that were made by Italian Sub-mariner POW’S These POW’s were Italian Nazi’s captured off Italian Submarines. These German subs were given to Italy by the German Government in the 1930’s. I was given this information by a gentleman that owns a POW model and supported on-line. Some models were signed others had small plaques. This most likely had a plaque that came off. Please look at photos for best description. This has a great vintage patina and is not marked.
